REVELATION Chapter Twenty-One: SHIN

AN UNVEILING OF THE BRIDE
SHIN: Ivory, Bright and Sharp, Teeth, a Whetted and Glistening Sword
BY LEVI
.
“Thy neck is as a tower of ivory; thine eyes like the fishpools in Heshbon [an intelligently devised work], by the gate of Bathrabbin [near the entranceway of the “daughter of many,” figurative language for the city/house of the Rabbi/Lord]: thy nose is as the tower of Lebanon which looketh towards Damascus [looks to the swift camels, burden carriers of the Lord YHVH]. Thine head upon thee is like Carmel [the fruitfulness of God], and the hair of thine head like purple [spiritual covering of royal colors]; the king is held in the galleries.” (Ca. 7:4-5) KJV; all emp. & intrpl. mine

As the wedding song goes, “Here comes the Bride!”- bride being the biblical symbol of a righteous and a glorified citizenry. This is the unveiled holy city that is committed to the holy covenant of our Great God and Everlasting King. She is an exalted ivory tower of grace with beauty in the eyes of our Master-Teacher, with glory from refinement that shall be beheld in honor by all those who come into her presence. Her eyes consist of the holy seers of His ancient covenants, by whom she has perceived His Great Mystery and brings in a great multitude for the Sukkot, like fish of the seas, as the dust of the earth, as the stars of the heavens. She is the daughter Zion from many nations, who has faithfully carried the burden of the Word of the Lord, brought to the gate of the coming Kingdom of Heaven, joined together in truths for the coming of the Great King.

And so He loves her- the glorious and long-awaited city of the saints. She will be joined with the Rock of Refuge, our High Tower and Deliverer, and together her people will shine as a lighthouse on a high hill to guide the fishermen ashore in the midst of the midnight storm of the world. She is a fire at midnight for spreading the light of the Spirit, exposing the ancient shadows of the Messiah still among us. She was in the heart of God before the foundation of the ages of mankind was set, as a precious Jewel hidden in the earth. She consists of the sharpened sword-carriers of the Word, the pearly sheep set straight on the pathway of justice like teeth chewing the fruits of God’s amazing work, like a crop professed blessed by the Good Shepherd (see CA. 6:6). She is that great and glorious city beloved and sought through the millenniums, New Jerusalem, dressed with the outskirts of all of Israel, yet veiled to the world of the wicked. And, as it will come to be known, she is also a righteous warrior- an instrument of God’s work for weighing all deeds in the balance- zealous for Zion and for His order restored in the world. She was meek at birth and humble, chastised quick in the earth in her childhood of many centuries, and she will soon be the mature army of light in which no evil shall stand before or prevail against. She is the beloved and righteous city coming down out of spiritual Heaven as the will of God manifest in our world, and her people are the called, chosen, faithful, and obedient of Israel. The true Ekklesia.

“Behold, I will make you [Israel] into a new threshing sledge with sharp teeth; you shall thresh the mountains and beat them small, and make the hills like chaff. You shall winnow them, the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them; you shall rejoice in the LORD, and glory in the Holy One of Israel.” (Isa. 41:15-16) NKJV; intrpl. mine
.
Now stands the victorious Queen of the Kingdom, who has been atoned for with no sin and no shame, only glory and joy and peace for the peaceful, yet fearsome is she before the corrupters of justice. Her righteousness is of God, for she is the crown of the earthly creation, even as Eve was a crown upon Adam. Nations will bow before her, and the petals of exotic flowers will be thrown at her feet, for she is worthy. Of such likeness will be the unveiling of the children of the Most High and the exaltation of His magnificence in the purged city of Jerusalem. They will teach the world peace and honor, standing sure with the Messiah on His principles of justice, grace, and truth. Evil will no longer be twisted into good, and good will no longer be shunned as evil. The men and women of God have been watched in their words and their deeds, and soon come their rewards, just as much as they suffered refinement for corrections.
.
More glorious and wiser than Solomon, more beloved and of the heart of God than David, more zealous than Elijah, stronger than Samson, more graceful than Ruth, nobler than Joseph, more obedient than Daniel, more believing than Abraham, shining brighter than John the Baptist, more skillful in the things of God than Bezalel, humbler than Moses, wiser in leadership than Deborah, turning the tide for righteousness more than Josiah, more understanding of the shadows of the law than Paul, more priestly than Levi, more insightful in spirit than Isaiah, more favored than Mary, more grateful than dear Mary Magdalene, more faithful than Noah, more beautiful than Sarah, more elect than Peter, bolder than Stephen, she is the full height of the virtues and spiritual attributes of all the people of God united in a glory that can hardly be defined by a scribe. She is the ivory tower of grace and righteousness in which the Lord has been building in the earth over the millennia of civilized states of mankind. She is Holy Jerusalem, a shimmering light to the world, sparkling as a jewel, blanketed in a thick cloud of glory, the embodiment of the presence of our Holy God. And though now she can but lightly be seen even by the prophets, for an abundance of strife and sin in the world, she will soon be transformed in the midst of Jacob’s troubles, and all that is evil will be cast out for the return of the King. Though the people err now, the time has come to favor Zion for the Lord’s own sake, to fulfill His will and ancient prophecies, and His saints will be brought in with Him.
.
This is the excellence of Israel’s heritage on that beautiful day, when a faithful people gathered from all nations, of all languages and races, are made purer within than freshly fallen snow, innocent as lambs without, and more trusting in God than infants in the arms of their nurturing mothers. They lift the lowly, and they thresh the mountains of all pride that have been exalted against our Creator. They share their bread for love and not gain, joining in the works of God with joy. They care for the meek among repentant prisoners and orphans and outcasts and widows, while standing bold to resist and expose the manipulative schemes of the enemies of God and His works. Though so very high, they are the friend to the friendless and the warm embrace to the broken-hearted, a voice of virtue and truth in the dark times of the earth. Surely the world is not worthy of them, for they clothe the naked and the cold even when no one sees, and they send up prayers for the needy- a perpetual stream of love. Justice they will not betray in the face of death, and riches without they will not treasure more than the Word hidden within. Self-righteousness and fleshly pride they will not willingly endure, nor publically place themselves for the purpose of prosperity and praise, but to the Lord they give glory and do their healing and kind works. And they raise their families in virtue with honor, even as the tide of evil in the world grows stronger against them and the good harvest of God.

They fall, Lord, they fall over and over again in the trials of this prison planet, and yet You raise them back up for victory in the end, conforming them to Your image by Your righteous Spirit. They are not as the accusers and abusers who teach wickedness in self-glory for gain, and they will by no means forsake the truths of Your Word; rather, they will stand until they break, and You, my Elohim YHVH, will heal the strokes of their wounds. They bless because of love, and the veils of their flesh cannot contain the brightness of their inner lights. And though their tears fall for a mere moment in sorrows, I am convinced that darkness cannot overtake them before Your world of tomorrow comes.

Indeed, they are filled with the Holy Spirit, daring to dream of a world of justice and grace, and then they act upon those things in the face of their manifold foes, not forsaking hard truths. They refuse to abide in the darkness of this present night or to excuse their own sins as the world. They bow down to no other god but the Living God of Israel, walking boldly into the war zones of death if need it be done in the name of Christ. In acts of compassion, large and small, they show themselves to be the angels of God and His messengers of the covenant. These are the sinners of the world who have humbled themselves for the Truth to turn back the battle at the gateway of the Kingdom, who put on the righteousness of the blood of the Lamb. And though they fall seven times as the world walks blindly to the pit, the Lord has atoned for them to raise them back up for an ultimate victory in the consummation of history- His Story of justice and compassion told throughout the ages.

Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. (Rev. 21:1) NKJV
.
In the beginning God created Heaven and Earth, the spiritual and corporeal. And now God will make new creatures conformed to His image, in the twinkling of an eye. The old leaven is cast out (see 1 Cor. 5:7), and the new showbread of God is brought into His light on the Great Sabbath. The old man was crucified with Christ, and the new man is revealed with Messiah (see Rom. 6:6). The children of God who have been scattered about to the nations of the seas will be joined in one for the new creation. A renewed Israel will be raised and exalted, and a new Kingdom of Heaven for the living spirits will be brought into the dawning of a renewed world as the showbread of God’s righteous works in the earth. Souls will no longer be divided like the nations of the seas, but one new dominion will come under Messiah to cover the entire Earth, to unite all nations in a long-awaited reconciliation as the children of God. Scheming politicians cannot do this, and everywhere we see the evidencess of their corruption and elitist feats for gain, but God can and will do it.
.
So what can it mean that there will be no more sea, other than the obvious fact that God has many other planets for His future purposes? Spiritually and scripturally, seas represent the souls of the world currently divided in beliefs, but through the waters of the Word, God will unite all who remain in the world for Christ.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.”- Paul (2 Cor. 5:17-19) NKJV; emp. mine

Evil will be cast out of spiritual Heaven and corporeal Earth, and all things will be made new for those made new as creatures in Christ. No longer will the people of the Lord be divided over the Word, but there will be one world brought to righteousness. There will be one Kingdom in a glorious, everlasting dominion, and one God reigning over the nations of the world via His own Right Hand- Messiah. All that has been done until then has been for our learning and testing of the spirits, and for a record to future generations that might otherwise rebel and think that mankind can be righteous of his own will. History carries the record of the world’s evils and the lessons of our follies without the Great King.

Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. (Rev. 21:2) NKJV

Again, the city coming down from heaven means that Jerusalem will be transformed into a much more glorious city, according to the will of God. The prophets looked for such a time when nations would bring glory and richness to the exalted throne of the Great King. God’s throne is spiritual, and He is Holy Spirit, so Jerusalem coming down means that His will in the spiritual realm will be manifest on Earth, and time is the gateway of accomplishments for His historical works.

“For Zion’s sake, I will not hold My peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until her light goes forth as righteousness, and her salvation as a lamp that burns. The Gentiles shall see your righteousness, and all the kings your glory. You shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD will name. You shall be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God. You shall no longer be termed Forsaken, nor shall your land any more be termed Desolate; but you shall be called Hephzibah [My delight is in her], and your land Beulah [married]; for the LORD delights in you, and your land shall be married. For as a young man marries a virgin, so shall your sons marry you; and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you. I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest [silence of Sabbath] till He establish Jerusalem a praise in the earth.” (Isa. 62:1-7) NKJV; intrpl. mine

God could indeed bring His people to a new planet without oceans, yet we perceive the prophecy as a spiritual picture, for all prophecies must be fulfilled. God could bring down a city from space, but we perceive this as symbolism, for all Scripture must be fulfilled. God could glorify Jerusalem in an instant, but we perceive by the prophecies that the glory is a transformation done through time and by those called to do so. We know from Prophet Ezekiel that a new Temple will soon be built, and we also know from him and Zechariah that a river will flow to the seas from the spring of Jerusalem. The vision is true, yet it appears as a spiritual snap-shot of things to be done on Earth at their appointed times.

.And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe every tear from their eyes; there will be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” (Rev. 21:3-4) NKJV
.
When Israel built the Tabernacle/Tent of God in the wilderness, it was set in the center of a cross that formed with the surrounding tents of the twelve tribes. God watched over the people and Yehoshua (Yeshua, Jesus) led them into the Promised Land, as the center of the souls with the children of Israel. Again, from Sukkot to the kingdom, the Lord will tabernacle with His people and refine them in the earth, but they must be willing and able to see the Lord’s works on Earth from a heavenly view, and they must follow Yeshua to the promises of the Kingdom; for all those things foreshadowed the greater works of what will be manifest on Earth. Moreover, the Tabernacle in the wilderness reveals how God was veiled from the people in the Most Holy Place, sitting on the Mercy Throne, and to this day the Lord’s throne- the seat of the Messiah- is veiled from the insight of many. As written in previous articles, the Jerusalem throne is called the “Throne of YHVH,” as when King David sat on it, and today His identity is still veiled from the minds of religiously prideful and obstinate Bible readers.
.
CaptureRevelation Chain BindingAfter the Bride is gathered into the Kingdom, sorrows of the Apocalypse will be quickly forgotten, Satan will be imprisoned, and they will be transformed to live with the Lord for the millennium. (We briefly covered this in the previous article.)
.
I believe that the Tabernacle is expressed here, rather than the Temple, to assure those who gather in the wilderness for the Lord’s coming, that He is among them and waiting to fulfill the promises of the Kingdom of Heaven.
.
As for the Tabernacle of God, it was a portable faith- a moving faith which led the elect from the wilderness to the kingdom. The Ark of the Covenant was the travelling Mercy Seat of YHVH, with mysteries of the Law hidden within. As already asserted, the four-horned, portable Altar of Sacrifice (see Ex. 27:2) was carried on poles, showing that the cross of Christ’s sacrifice was not meant to be stationary until the Kingdom is established (see Ex. 27:6). Then there was the Bronze Sea, where the water cleansed the Levites who entered into the Holy Place, showing that people from the nations of the seas will be cleansed for entering the spiritual Tabernacle of God (see Ex. 30:17-21). Inside the Tabernacle was the Holy Place (first chamber), where the Menorah lights shone on the Table of Showbread, which has already been explained as the Holy Spirit giving light over seven millennial days to the formation of the inheriting tribes of Israel (12 for 12)- all who have a Great Sabbath entrance with God. Also, there was the Altar of Incense, a physical sign of the ascending prayers of holy people into the Most Holy Place, which in Spirit is Heaven.
.
Biblical History In Millenniums, IM
Biblical History In Millenniums, IM

On Yom Kippur the blood was sprinkled about for national atonement, on the 10th day, and the veil was then opened into the Most Holy chamber. Messiah sprinkled us with His blood on a 10th millennial day, and the veil of the Temple split open revealing the Most Holy Place. When the Great Sabbath comes, as already written, Israel will have a 10th day for national atonement, and all Divine mysteries will be revealed to the nation. In fact, now is the time for this great revelation. Thus, in Revelation the citizenry Bride is reminded of all these foreshadowing things concerning the Tabernacle of God, showing that their Sukkot dwelling in the wilderness will not not be performed in vain, for God will be with them fulfilling the exodus shadows.

Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.” And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega [Aleph and Tav], the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.” (Rev. 21:6-7) NKJV; emp. & intrpl. mine
.
The words of the Lord show the vision’s placements in the timing of the Apocalypse. The seventh angel shouted, “It is done!” when the last vial of wrath was poured out (see Rev. 16:17). Also, the Lord calling His words “true and faithful” brings us to the Messiah at the Battle of Armageddon, where He is depicted riding a white horse, having the name Faithful and True and the Word of God. This is important because the wording of Revelation tends to lead the reader to perceive the descent of Jerusalem as something to occur on the 8th millennial day rather than at the end of the Apocalypse on the Great Sabbath. This was purposely done because the Apocalypse mirrors the final battle on the 8th day with Gog and Magog (cf. Ezek. 38; 39; Rev. 20:7-15). On the eighth day, the Bride (Jerusalem) will again be glorified in salvation in the sight of the nations.
.
In eschatology, we often call this enigmatic concept in biblical literature dual prophetic fulfillment, and we clearly find an example of it in New Jerusalem. Indeed, for many people during the Eighth Day Assembly (Shemini Atzereth), it will a time of their uniting to God in covenant as the Bride, seeing that they will not be raised until the Great White Throne Judgment of God.
.
Emmanuel, God among us, also mentions the first and last letter when saying, “It is done!” This shows that the vision is also for the eighth day, which is the completion of the Hebrew Aleph-Beth: the 22nd and last letter. On the 22nd day- the last great day of the appointed feast, the Messiah stood in Jerusalem and said, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”
.
So both the 7th day glorification of Jerusalem and the 8th reveal that the whole mystery is in the Word of God. For the most blessed of the elect, it is first finished at the last trumpet of the Apocalypse, but for some it will come after the Great Sabbath. “It is done” and “It is finished” are also phrases which point all believers back to the cross, when the Messiah said, “It is finished.” So, in other words, because of the cross, Jerusalem will be glorified, and will be glorified once again. (NB: The 22nd day in the Moedim Paradigm is also the 8th since Adam and the 14th since the Greater Light in Genesis- representing the Sun of Righteousness.)
.
Moedim Paradigm in Straight Millennial Line Formation, IM
The Mo’edim Paradigm in Millennial Timeline Formation, IM

Again, for the seven days of Sukkot (tabernacles), which was explained as a sign of seven millennium since Adam, 14 lambs were sacrificed for each of the seven holy days. Why was this so? The 8th day of the Great White Throne is indeed the 14th day from the beginning of Genesis (with 6 creation days + 7 days from Adam through the coming Great Sabbath + 1 great and final day).

What does this mean? On the 14th day the Lamb of God’s work will be complete, even as the lambs were also sacrificed on the 14th day for the Passovers. The 8th day from Adam is the 14th day from the beginning of Genesis (God’s work given to us), and it is 22nd and last day of the overlapping Moedim Paradigm. Hence, the 14 lambs for each of the seven days are a sign that God’s Word of salvation and redemption covers 14 millennial days. However, on the 8th day feast of Shemini Atzereth, foreshadowing the Great White Throne, seven lambs were slain, and explains that the Lamb of God was slain for all seven millennial days since Adam. (Note the middle week in the Moedim Paradigm is overlapped.)

Thus, although God’s work of redemption is complete on the 14th millennial day, with His Word sealed and complete, those who receive of the Lamb’s sacrifice before the 7th day (since Adam) need not fear the judgment of the 8th day; they are atoned for with the Passover.

Beyond these days, when the last letter of the Word is complete, nothing is made known to us, All Scripture will be sealed and new truths of God will come to a future age. Therefore, let every reader understand God’s Great Mystery for this millennial week, and the glimpse we have into the awaited 8th day, for comprehension brings courage and faith and will help Bible-believers cast out all prideful leaven to enter the holy Sabbath.
.
“But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” (Rev. 21:8) NKJV
.
The above passage looks forward to the 8th day at the Great White Throne Judgment. It is a fearsome passage that reminds us of the necessity of accepting the free gift of atonement, which the Lord offers us through His sacrificial Lamb of grace and mercy. Those who overcome and put on the righteousness of Christ do not fear the second death at the Great White Throne. Those who are given inheritance on the Great Sabbath have an exemption from the judgment of the 8th day, not fearing the second death and the Lake of Fire.
.
Moedim Paradigm in Pyramid Formation, IM
Moedim Paradigm in Pyramid Formation, IM

Moreover, the Lord God has given us a Divine countdown to the 7th day, so that those who hear His words will press forward at the door of the coming Sabbath Kingdom. Consider, again, the seven days of the Feast of Sukkot. On the 1st day, 13 bullocks were sacrificed; 12 on the 2nd; 11 on the 3rd; 10 on the 4th; 9 on the 5th; 8 on the 6th; and 7 on the 7th day of the feast. These sacrifices total 70. What do these things mean? The number of the day plus the sacrifice always comes to 14, giving us a sign of the completion and final day of God’s work of salvation, in casting out the leaven of sin. When the 7th day of the great week comes, the Lamb of God will confess the blood of His atonement for the faithful of all seven days, even as Jews were redeemed after 70 years in Babylonian captivity, brought back to the Lord from captivity.

Due to this future redemption, Moses was able to set 70 judges over Israel, helping with the work of God. But what does God say about the Sanhedrin? He says He will restore Israel’s judges as at the beginning. Why does the Sanhedrin need restoring? They trespassed against the very source of their power- the Messiah and the Lamb of God. So what did God do as a sign unto them while ending their power to judge until the restoration of all things? He dismissed the Sanhedrin in the year now known as 70 A.D. (in the year of our Lord), allowing the Temple to be destroyed and the holy city ravished. And how will those who mock Messiah’s gathering tribes be judged? The Sanhedrin of Messiah, who fulfills the smallest letter of the Law, will so judge any priesthood, priest, rabbi, Christian, Jew, secularist, or whomever they may be:
.
“Do not think that I [Yeshua Ha-Mashiach] came to destroy the Law [Torah] or the Prophets [Nevi’im]. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot [yod] or one tittle will by no means pass from the Law [Torah] till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be endanger of the judgment.’ But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, “Raca!” [empty-head, void of intelligent thought] shall be endanger of the council [Sanhedrin]. But whoever says, “You fool!” shall be endanger of hell fire [Gehenna].” (Matt. 5:17-22) NKJV; intrpl. mine
.
Therefore, be warned all of you who believe you have a better understanding of the Torah of God. Do not be hasty to judge things that you have not looked into and have yet to fully comprehend. While there are many vain teachings in the world and its religions, there is a lot left to be learned to help us better discern a solid foundation and millenniums of evidences. The letter of Torah cannot be fulfilled without Christ, nor can the Prophets. To deny Him scornfully is to blaspheme the very foundation on which the instructions (Torah) of Lord YHVH were assembled. Do not mock Him or the people He is assembling to restore all things, but have part in it yourselves and await the coming glory. Messiah has two comings, and for the second arrival a much greater number of Jews will believe; this is your awaited Messiah, so beware before judging hastily the things in which you only partially comprehend. Were two rams not killed for each of the seven days of Sukkot, bringing us to 14 total?
.
The Lamb/Ram of God has two appointed arrivals in Israel, and together they complete the works of redemptions on the 14th millennial day. The lambs of Pesach, sacrificed on that 14th day in the shadow moedim, are of much greater importance than most teachers of the Law have perceived or professed. Learn of these things and be awake, for resurrection in glory, for there is no need for any zealot for God, with good intensions, to be awakened at the time of judgment with everlasting shame.
.
God has reserved a week for Jews, a week of years in these last days, as confirmed in the 70 weeks of Daniel (69 having passed). Why is this so? Because God is the One who has hidden the truths of the Messiah from the collective nation, and God is the One who restores all things for the understanding of His people; we are but instruments of His brilliant works, and we cannot open what the Lord has shut nor shut what the Lord has opened.
.
Yet God has given us an open door to revive all truths. Jews are given the last week in the ancient prophecy, and this final week serves to confess (for restoration) all the evidences of the seven longer days of God, His works since Adam and His Great Sabbath. Look to the pure foundation of appointed times, and avoid being blinded by voluminous rabbinical works written about Torah. When the appointed times are fully discerned, those who know will comprehend that I am neither lying, speculating, nor deceiving. All the works of restoration and revealing Torah truths preceding the Moedim Paradigm one are like sand castles, and the water splashes down in as a tide to wash them away. An eternal home of joy awaits the elect who learn of God’s mysteries, for they will shine like diamonds upon the wet sand of the nations- the “jewels” of God.
.
Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, “Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. (Rev. 21:9-11) NKJV
.
The prophet saw two visions of Jerusalem coming down from heaven. Again, seeing a vision twice means that God has established it and it will shortly come to pass. Also, as is much of Revelation, a vision was given before additional information was added to show the placement with greater details. When we look at the information shared after John first saw Jerusalem come down, then the information added after he saw the city come down for a second time, we find that the details following both visions are united to show additional truth.
.
For example, after seeing Jerusalem descend the first time, the prophet said he saw Jerusalem descend “prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” For the second vision, the angel said he was going to show John “the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” So they are worded slightly different yet reveal the same thing. The first vision explained that she was adorned, but the second vision reveals the details of her adornment: like precious jewels with crystal-clear light. The first vision compared the descending Jerusalem as God’s Tabernacle joining His people, but the second vision specifies a city. In the first vision, God reveals that His people will inherit all things; in the second vision, as we shall see, inheritance is shown particularly to be gateways into the twelve tribes of Israel:
.
“Also she had a great and high wall with twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west. Now the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.” (Rev. 21:12-14) NKJV
.
If we keep with the pattern of taking from the first vision and comparing it to the details of the second vision of the descending Bride Jerusalem, we find what pairs with true and faithful “words,” “Alpha and Omega,” and the “Beginning and the End.” In other words, the Word of God from first letter to last, and the beginning to the end, must parallel details shown about the Bride in the second vision in spirit. Most of my article focus on the Hebrew alphabet for explaining the Moedim Paradigm, but here we must compare the Word- the Alpha and Omega– with the city, and in doing so we find that there are 24 honored positions (patriarchs and apostles), just as there are 24 thrones around the throne of God.
.
This shows that God offers inheritance to both Jew and Greek (Gentile), in His holy city. It shows that God will be Lord over the whole Earth, since all people came from Him. It also shows that God’s Word is faithful and true no matter what language it is written or spoken, be it in Hebrew or Greek or any other language. When God says “Do not kill” in an English translation, it carries as much weight as when others read it in Hebrew, Greek, or Latin version. The day before the foundational code of 22 letters even began, God was there, and the day after the 22 letters of appointed times are complete, God will still be there (which may be why 24 is such an important number).

And he who talked with me had a gold reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall. The city is laid out as a square; its length is as great as its breadth. And he measured the city with a reed: twelve thousand furlongs. Its length, breadth, and height are equal. (Rev. 21:15-16) NKJV

Moedim Paradigm Resh Shin
Apocalypse Week Within Moedim Paradigm, IM

The boundaries of the nations’ self-rule was set according to the number of the children of Israel, as explained in precious articles. At 12,000 years from the beginning of the mystery, the Bride is revealed to reign over the nations with the Great King.

.
The city being square suggests equal distribution for those who are brought into the Lord’s national inheritance, into the gates/entrances of the twelve tribes. The measuring reed brings us back to the Temple measurements earlier in Revelation, which precedes the work of Moses and Elijah in uniting two peoples for the coming of Christ.
.
Then he measured its wall: one hundred and forty-four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of an angel. (Rev. 21:17) NKJV
.
It has also already been explained that the 144 cubits, according to the boundary of a man (1 day = 1,000 years, as a curse on Adam and Eve of dying in the day of eating the forbidden fruit), confesses to the 144,000 Firstfruits of the harvest; these are the walls that the Ingathered fruits are gathered into, into the gates of twelve tribes of Israel.

New Jerusalem Is Clearly Spiritual For Teaching
New Jerusalem Is Clearly Spiritual For Teaching

For those who have not discerned by now, God loves designing His mysteries. He loves to be sought-out and searched. It is the glory of God to hide a thing, and our glory to search it out (see Prov. 25:2). He says “seek” for a reason. He says “knock” so that He might answer. He says “search with all thy heart” so that He might reveal His glorious treasures and the works which He has orchestrated throughout the millenniums. He gives parables and He gives shadows; He gives mysteries and He gives riddles; He gives metaphors, analogies, prophetic poetry, types, patterns, enigmatic dreams and visions needing His Spirit for interpretation.

The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. (Rev. 21:19-20) NKJV
.
144 CAPTUREThe twelve jeweled foundations of the wall represent the priestly aspects of the coming city. They are similar to the twelve jewels on the breastplate of judgment that was made in the wilderness or the high priest Aaron (see Ex. 28:15-21). The names of the twelve tribes of Israel were inscribed in the stones. The foundations of the city walls show a judgment of salvation for the elect by the messianic priesthood.
.
Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD listened and heard them; so a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the LORD and who meditate on His name. “They shall be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts, on the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them a man spares his own son who serves him. Then you shall again discern between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him.” (Mal. 3:16-18) NKJV
.
All the signs of the spiritual city are signs of a people being gathered for an inheritance with the Lord. The entrance is into the gates of the twelve tribes, and the walls of judgment, are given to the twelve apostles who will sit on twelve thrones judging Israel, as Messiah has said. All the people are assembled like gems, each having a place.

WHY A BODY OF CHRIST AND WHY A BRIDE?
.
There are spiritual implications confessed in all things of creation. As a man, it is more difficult to call myself the “Bride” of the Lord than some of the other terms for the citizenry of Israel. Being part of the “son of God” is easier to endure, and even being compared to a harvest of crops sets better than being called a “Bride.” However, there is greater meaning to the mystery of the Bride than simply being united in a covenant to the Lord at His coming. It is the mystery of the human body. (Some of the following things may not be appropriate for children to read, if such a peculiar child exists who would ever consider reading my articles.):
.
Christ is the Head of all believers when we have the “mind of Christ.” The long hair of women is considered their glory, for it confesses to the spiritual covering of atonement we all have through the Lord, as collective Ekklesia that grows from Him. Within the Head of Christ are the prophets and apostles- the eyes, also called “seers” in ancient times. The mouths are the members of the Body who preach and share the Word, along with the tongues. The ears are those who hear the truths of the Spirit within the words of the Lord. (N.B. Many members of the Bride-Body have more than one characteristic or spiritual aspect.) The noses are those who are better at detecting spiritual corruption, and who are more sensitive to the sweet savor of prayers. All the aspects of the human head are those who are close to the mind of Christ and who direct the Body of Believers. The necks of the Body are those who gracefully support the members of the Head. These strong towers are connected to the shoulders and the back of the Body, who are those who carry the burdens and do the hard work of the Lord, joined with the legs, bringing the Gospel to the world. The arms of the Body are to embrace others in the works of the Lord. The hands, which perform the details of the work, primarily point to Christ, the “Right Hand of God,” who came at ten millennial days. Christ was the “Beginning” and Head of the Body, and the feet are the end-time Body of believers, also assembled on a tenth day in the overlapping paradigm. The heart of God in the compassionate pumps the atoning blood of life, of Christ, to all the parts of the Body. And mixed with the blood of Christ is the breath of the Spirit from the lungs- those who breathe life from the Spirit into the Body. The Nervous System sends the messages from the mind of the Lord to all the members so that we properly interpret what we feel in the world, giving us power in His works. Stomachs in the Digestive System symbolize scholarly members who digest the food and doctrines of the Word; things which are taken into the Body, yet not useful, are rejected after all the good things are processed and kept to strengthen the Body with the nutritious Word. Even the intimate parts of the Reproductive System express the sharing of the seed of the Gospel and bringing forth new creations in the Lord; it is a holy act under covenant, not to be defiled.
.
Every member has his or her place, and these are but a few things which reveal why the citizenry is compared to a Bride or Body. A covenant of blood is established when the Groom unites with the virgin Bride (i.e., non-sexual, but having worshipped no other deity) as she confesses the blood; then the seed of life, the Word, multiplies the image of God in the earth- male and female being made in the image of God.
.
For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church [assembly]. (Eph. 5:30-32) NKJV; intrpl. mine
.
Now I will reveal another mystery of the citizenry of Jerusalem and the elect inheritors of the tribes of Israel:
.
Impression of Messiah's Sabbath Throne, PDI
Impression of Messiah’s Sabbath Throne, PDI

Within us all is a written code, which is the language of D.N.A. The instructions of this code determine the features, functions, and growth of the natural body. Without D.N.A. a body cannot be formed or do anything.

Likewise, the Body of Christ cannot be formed, properly function, or grow and be conformed to the image of Messiah without the Word of God- that which programs the spiritual Body of Believers.

Within the natural body, a man’s 23 chromosomes join his wife’s 23 chromosomes to form one new body in the world. I contend that the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet are the chromosomes of Hebrew instructional code- the Word. When our 22 letters match the Lord’s 22 letters (Aleph-Tav) perfectly, then a new creation of perfection will be born into the world- the Body or Bride. (This means when our understanding of Scripture matches the Lord’s truths.) The two missing chromosomes in those who reproduce the image of God is because there is neither male nor female within the spiritual Body of Christ. Women have a pair of sex chromosomes (XX), and so do men (XY). Without the sex chromosomes there are 22 pairs which would line-up. These are spiritual Temples, not sexual. These 22 pairs, autosomes, appear the same, and the missing sex chromosomes, or missing letters for spiritual programming, shows that we are all the same in the spiritual growth of the true Body of Believers.

For you are all sons of God through faith in Jesus Christ. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s [spiritual] seed, and heirs according to the promise [seed according to Scripture]. (Gal. 3:26-29) NKJV; intprl. mine
.
Together, husbands and their wives make their pairs for 46 chromosomes, and build these physical Temples of God’s Spirit. These are earthly houses for the Lord. Likewise, the earthly Temple of God was constructed in 46 years (see John 2:20) at Jerusalem, to be a sign, according to the Word of God, of the natural Temple. Jews of those times read of both the Greek Septuagint (24 letter Word) and the Hebrew Tanakh (22 letter Word), forming the Body of Believers.
.
The physical temple only had high priests who were males, based on sex rather than Spirit, and they were allowed to enter the Holy Place to do the sacred works of God. Yet in the Jerusalem to come, we are all called the “son of God” and are each the Temple of God’s Spirit, both male and female. We form one “new man” from Jews and Greeks. This does not mean that there will not be a physical Temple for the shadows, but that the Spirit will fully dwell in each of the Lord’s children and all around Jerusalem, all equally being Temples of the Holy Spirit. This is why spiritually New Jerusalem is seen without a Temple, and may also be called a “Bride,” for sex is a thing of fleshly programming, not considered a determining factor of spiritual value.
.
What is the point of all these things? As our physical bodies have a code of programming in our formation and functions, making us Temples for God’s Spirit to indwell, so does the unification of the messianic Body. The Scriptures are our code for this “new man” or “bride” of the Lord.
.
When these letters are joined together, whether one has a Greek Septuagint and Hebrew (or Aramaic) Brit Chadasha, or a Hebrew Tanakh and Greek New Covenant, the Lord is showing that the birth of the Kingdom of Zion cannot be born without two joining together and producing the Kingdom children. If Jews and Christians did not unite for this Kingdom, and restore the tribes, God would utterly destroy this entire world, and then build one like it to complete His prophecies. (He will not tolerate evils forever.)
.
The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass. But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God almighty and the Lamb are its temple. (Rev. 21:21-22) NKJV
.
This is what this means, that the sons will marry Jerusalem: The city of God and the people of the Messiah will be united in glory and reproduce a new nation of holy seed, instructed in the Word. Two covenants will become one. The 22 letters of Hebrew are not complete without the 24 letters of Greek, forming one Temple of God- the 46 which the physical temples witness to, both a spiritual Temple without sex and a physical Temple composed of both sexes. Together, one “new man,” as Paul said, is formed from the two codes of His Word, both the earthly and the spiritual covenants, from shadows to substance. This is the code of the Word which is within each of us who are instructed in the Body of Christ for the birth of a new nation and world dominion. The words of God are then complete, even as the instructions of God for the Body of Christ are physically complete with the 46 letters being joined in a marriage of shadows and fulfillment of shadows in our substance in the Lord. We are all Israel and the son of God, male and female, for in the Lord- the Word- is instruction for both.
.
SHADOWS TO SUBSTANCE
.
Some Christians may ask, ‘Why do we need the shadows of the Law if we have the substance and fulfillment in Christ?’ To this I posit that the shadows are kept for a foundation and eternal witness, lest believers forget the meaning of things that have been fulfilled. Jewish believers may ask, ‘Why keep the New Covenant if the children of God are able to perceive the mysteries of the Lord by the Law?’ To this I affirm that Heaven and Earth are to be joined in paradise perfection; we can no more disregard the fulfillment than we can forsake the foundations. The Lord did not make us only of the earth, but also with spiritual minds; He did not make us only of spirit, but with earthly bodies- the best of both worlds, at least when evil and death is removed at the Eight Day Assembly.
.
Fighting this is like shadow-boxing, where the athlete only exercises for the final battle; the shadow cannot defeat the man and the man cannot defeat the shadow, but they indeed confess one-another. God cannot be divided over His Word; it is merely an illusion of the two faiths that are destined to become one, established in truth. When the light of God shines on the messianic body of Scriptures, the shadow witnesses it; if there is no shadow to confess then there is no light to shine. If one only looks to the shadow, he cannot see the details of the body, but must turn and see that which stands between the shadows of the Law and the Light of God. Christians may then say, ‘Why do we need the shadow if we have the substance of the Scriptures in Christ?’ To this I say that the light of God is fiercer than the scorching sun, and it is a fearsome thing to stand in the full glory of His light; Messiah is our intermediate, that we may have relief in the shade of His shadows. The best of our righteousness are as shadows of God’s glorious works, and to fight against the shadows that witness to the Messiah is a great transgression and act of futility.
.
Dominion of Messiah, PDI
Dominion of Messiah, PDI

“Behold, a king will reign in righteousness, and princes will rule with justice. A man [Messiah] will be as a hiding place from the wind [stirring winds of heaven], and a cover [shelter] from the tempest, as rivers of water in a dry place [waters of salvation on earthly man], as the shadow of a great rock [Messiah] in a weary land. The eyes of those who see will not be dim [limited vision of spiritual things], and the ears of those who hear will listen. Also the heart of the rash [hasty, zealous] will understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammers [those speaking without certainty on God’s things] will be ready to speak plainly.” (Is. 32:1-4) NKJV; intrpl. mine

Things will not continue as they currently are in religion. There is altogether too much pride and too little knowledge and understanding. The Lord is calling; He is calling for the people who are willing to learn His mysterious way of communicating. He speaks to us as parents speak to toddlers, holding back revelations for our limited understanding, and yet we still only partially perceive. Those who have an inheritance must give their hearts to understanding, and even those who consider themselves unable to learn, He is able to teach tremendous truths as He calls them.

The Pearly Gates and Earth’s Hidden Kingdom
.
The gates of the city appeared as precious pearls. Pearls are valuable because perfect ones are rare and hard to find. They come in various colors and less than perfect forms. The Messiah compared the Kingdom of Heaven to a great pearl in which a man found and sold all that he owned to purchase (see Matt. 13:45-46). The Lord considers those whom He will make perfect to be as rare pearls, and thus shows this to be the likeness of their gates and inheritances in the Kingdom. Oysters (mollusks) lie at the bottom of fresh and salt waters, and finding a beautiful pearl in one is an exciting surprise. (Those from mussels and clams are even rarer.)
.
Oysters are brought up to the surface of the waters and cracked open to find the rare treasures, and the meaty sustenance is eaten. At the marine floor they lie open to eat from murky waters, but defensively they clam-up when being brought up. Likewise, the truths of the Kingdom and the pearly entrances have also been hidden in deep waters of Scripture, and when the truths of the pearly entrances are found, there is amazement and joy. We must bring the things of God to the surface, drawing them out of the deep waters, and taking some effort in cracking open the hardened shells that conceal valuable inheritances.
.
Unlike treasure dug from the earth, pearls are formed inside living creatures; likewise, so are the Kingdom truths formed inside those who will be Divinely granted entrance, pearly white is refinement and shining, reflecting His light. As a defensive mechanism, those who feed from the waters of the Word, who have this Kingdom entrance hidden in them, naturally tend to protect themselves and clam-up in hard shells, when the Lord calls them forward.
.
Consider the beginning of the pearl, which is very humble: A grain of sand irritates the mantle of the fleshy muscle, and the flesh tries and tries to cover the irritation with layers of nacre, yet he only grows the treasure through his seemingly-vain tribulations. It becomes larger, smoother, and more polished over the process of time. Indeed, it becomes refined. When it is found by the fishermen at the right time, that which was only the sand of the earth is revealed as a beautiful and glorious work of art, reflecting God’s light in the world- all done first in the deep waters of the Word and brought to the surface, cracked open at the appointed time- the moed.
.
The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. (Rev. 21:23-24) NKJV
.
This passage does not mean that there will be no more sun or moon, but that the city has no need of their light. Other nations still exist when Jerusalem is glorified, and so do the sun and moon. The vision was given to compare natural light to spiritual light. God’s people will all be as jewels of spiritual light, having a brightness in which natural light can hardly compare; they will be lit within and shine for others to witness. Those who have inheritance in Jerusalem will be enlightened by our God. The nations walking in the light of a city clearly suggests spiritual enlightenment in which the nations will seek.
.
Whether the city will be lit day and night by the supernatural glory of the Lord or by electricity, Revelation readers can guess; but it might be wise to consider that cities exist today that are brightly lit at night, which would have been very glorious for John to see in his day. Nevertheless, the sun will continue to shine, and the seasons will produce Heaven’s fruit:
.
Sukkot, Feast of Tabernacles, IM
Sukkot, Feast of Tabernacles, IM

“While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.” (Gen. 8:22) NKJV

This is the city and the nation of God, and it will be highly honored at the coming of the Lord. Nations will bring treasures and gifts to glorify New Jerusalem and to honor the Great King, and the city will be known and beloved for its holiness:
.
“Its gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night there). And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it. But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.” (Rev. 21:25-27) NKJV
.
As for the streets of pure gold, like transparent glass, the path of the righteous is well-refined, valuable like treasure, and it is made crystal-clear- in the waters of the Word- for those who are appointed to hear these words and measurements of the moedim. To all a mazal tov.
